Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on 1qqq (1qqq1qqq.net), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If any part of these terms is unclear, contact us at [email protected] before you place a bet or make a deposit.
1qqq reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
Who can register
To open a 1qqq account you must be at least 18 years old, located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited, and acting on your own behalf — not as an agent for another person.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
- You must provide accurate registration details. False information may lead to immediate closure.
- Employees and immediate family members of 1qqq are not permitted to hold player accounts.
Account security
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials private. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact our support team. 1qqq will not be held liable for losses arising from credentials shared with or stolen by third parties.
Deposits & Payments

Deposits are credited to your 1qqq wallet within approximately 4 minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 10 minutes, contact Live Chat with your transaction reference number.
1qqq does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. All funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. We may request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
Withdrawals & KYC
Withdrawal limits and timing
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,200. The maximum you can withdraw in a single day is ৳55,000 at Bronze tier (higher limits apply at Silver and above — see the VIP section). Standard withdrawals are processed within approximately 27 minutes.

KYC requirements
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. Submit one of the following documents through your account dashboard:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Valid Passport
- Driving Licence
Our team reviews KYC documents within 6 hours. We may also request a selfie or proof of address if the documents submitted are unclear. Withdrawals are held until KYC is approved; your gameplay balance remains accessible during this period.

Reload bonus
Existing players can claim a reload bonus of 16% on qualifying deposits. The same 18× wagering requirement applies. Reload bonuses are credited manually — contact Live Chat after your deposit to claim.
Daily cashback
A daily cashback of 1.3% is applied automatically to net losses from the previous calendar day. Cashback is not subject to wagering and can be withdrawn after meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold.
Referral bonus
When a friend registers using your referral link and makes their first deposit, you receive ৳525 credited to your wallet. The referred player must complete KYC and wager at least ৳1,200 for the bonus to activate.
Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. 1qqq reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity or multi-accounting is detected.
Gameplay Rules
All games on 1qqq use certified random number generators (RNG). Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the server. If a game session is interrupted by a network issue on our side, 1qqq will credit the bet amount back to your wallet within 24 hours.
- Bets placed after a confirmed game result are void.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game — always check the in-game info panel before playing.
- Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full; large amounts may be paid in instalments at 1qqq's discretion.
- Live Casino rounds are governed by the rules of the individual game provider.
VIP Programme
1qqq operates a six-tier VIP programme. Tier upgrades are based on cumulative monthly turnover. Each tier comes with higher daily withdrawal limits, increased cashback, and birthday bonuses.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1qqq and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Opening more than one account under any name or device.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with games.
- Exploiting software bugs or errors — any winnings from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
- Attempting to launder funds through the platform.
- Threatening or abusing support staff.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
1qqq provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible. 1qqq's liability for any single claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for losses caused by: internet outages on your side, incorrect payment details you have entered, or actions taken in reliance on inaccurate third-party odds data.
Account Suspension & Closure
You may close your 1qqq account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC is verified, provided no active bonus wagering obligations remain.
1qqq may suspend or close an account without prior notice if prohibited conduct is detected, if false identity information was provided at registration, or if a chargeback is raised against a deposit. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure for rule violations.
